We want to provide essential resources and support to foster families to prevent burnout and promote success.
Volunteer Assistance Program
Volunteers play a vital role in supporting the overall needs of foster families, not just the children. They provide much-needed assistance to foster parents, helping to alleviate some of the daily pressures and responsibilities. This support can include:
Respite Care: Giving foster parents a break by temporarily caring for the children, allowing them time to rest and recharge.
Household Assistance: Helping with chores, meal preparation, and other household tasks to ensure a smooth-running home environment.
Emotional Support: Offering a listening ear and emotional encouragement to foster parents, who may face unique challenges and stresses.
Transportation: Assisting with driving children to appointments, school, or extracurricular activities, which can be a significant logistical burden for foster families.
To ensure they are well-prepared for these responsibilities, volunteers undergo thorough background checks and are certified in first aid. This ensures they can provide safe and effective support, contributing to a stable and nurturing environment for the entire foster family.

Community Center Vision
This community center is our mid-term goal. With the support of the local community We hope to accomplish this within 5 years.
Community Center: A central hub for activities, monitored parent visits, counseling sessions, and fun events. This space fosters a sense of community and provides essential resources for families.
Outdoor Play Areas: Safe and engaging play spaces for children of all ages to enjoy, promoting physical activity and social interaction.
Large Community Garden: A shared garden space where families can grow their own fruits, vegetables, and flowers. This garden promotes healthy living, teaches valuable skills, and provides a peaceful place for relaxation and community bonding.
Our future goal ( 10 Year Goal) is to create a housing community designed specifically for foster families. Each home within our community is tailored to meet the unique needs of individual families, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for all.
Easy Care: Homes designed for families with children who have minimal adjustment difficulties.
Behavioral Issues and Disabilities: Specialized homes equipped to support children with behavioral challenges and disabilities, providing a safe and structured environment.
Kids Aging Out of Foster Care: Transitional housing for older youth preparing for independent living, offering guidance and support as they navigate this critical stage.
Respite House: A dedicated home for families in need of temporary relief, ensuring continuous care for children while providing a break for foster parents.
Our community is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where foster families can thrive. We offer a range of services and amenities designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring every child and family receives the care and support they deserve.
